Aishwarya Rai Bachchan receives second highest French civilian award

Bollywood actress and former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has received the second highest French civilian award “Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters” from French government for her contribution in promoting Indo-French cooperation in Cinema , in Mumbai on 1st November 2012.

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) lift export ban on some milk products

Amid surplus availability of milk powder in the country, the government is likely to decide on 1st November 2012 on lifting ban on export of milk products, especially whole milk powder, dairy whitener and infant milk foods.

MasterCard, Thomas Cook tie up for prepaid travel card

Thomas Cook (India), the integrated travel and travel-related financial services company on 1 November 2012 launched prepaid foreign exchange borderless prepaid card in collaboration with MasterCard Worldwide, a global payments and technology company.
