61st National Film Awards
The 61st National Film Awards for 2013 was announced in New Delhi on 16 April by the Directorate of Film Festivals. ‘ Ship Of Theseus ‘ has won the Golden Lotus for Best Feature Film. The Best Actor award is shared between Shahid star Rajkummar Rao and Malayalam actor Suraj Venjaramudu. Geetanjali Thapa won Best Actress for Liar’s Dice.

* Best Actress – Geetanjali Thapa for Hindi film ‘ Liar’s Dice ’
* Best Supporting Actor – Saurabh Shukla for ‘ Jolly LLB ‘
* Best Supporting Actress – Amruta Subhash for ‘ Astu in Marathi ‘ and Aida El-Kashef for ‘ Ship of Theseus ‘
* Best Non Feature Film – ‘ Rangbhoomi ’ (Hindi film by Kamal Swaroop)

* Best Non Feature Film on Social Issues – ‘ Gulabi Gang ’

SBI launched Tab Banking To Facilitate Opening of Saving Accounts
State Bank of India (SBI) launched Tablet (Tab) Banking service for opening Savings Bank accounts and giving in-principle housing loan approval at the customer’s doorstep. State Bank of India also launched e-KYC (Know your Customer) service. The three digital banking services will be rolled out across the SBI network in a phased manner.
