Pankaj Advani Won CCI Biliards Title
Pankaj Advani won Cricket Club of India (CCI) Classic Billiards and Snooker tournament. He defeated two-time world runner-up Dhruv Sitwala in the final. Pankaj Advani is a 8-time World Champion. He won his first world title when he was just 18. He is the only Asian to have ever won both the Billiards and Snooker World Championships.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Resigned
Nitish Kumar, the Chief Minister of Bihar resigned from his office. He tendered his resignation to the Governor of Bihar Dnyandeo Yashwantrao Patil after his party Janata Dal United was able to win only two seats of the 40 in the 16th Lok Sabha elections.
