Rory McIlroy Won The 2014 British Open Championship
Rory McIlroy of Northern Ireland won the 2014 British Open Championship. Its the 3rd major title for the Northern Irish golfer after winning the 2011 US Open and PGA Championship in 2012.
Padmanabha Balakrishna Acharya Sworn In As Nagaland Governor
Padmanabha Balakrishna Acharya was sworn in as the 19th governor of Nagaland. Acharya has been given the additional charge of Tripura also. Acharya served as the BJP national secretary during 1995-2000 when Narendra Modi was the BJP national general secretary. Acharya was then the in-charge of party affairs in northeast states.
