Arunima Sinha Honored With Amazing Indian Award 2014

Arunima Sinha awarded with amazing Indian award 2014 by the Vice President of India, M Hamid Ansari on 6 February for scaling the mount Everest despite of she is physically challenged girl. Every year the amazing Indian award is given by Times Now Channel and it is instituted in 2012. Arunima Sinha is the first Indian amputee who scale the Mount Everest (8848 metre-high)on 1st of may 2013. She is also a good player of Football and volleyball she played form Uttar Pradesh as well.


Dr Marco Lambertini Appointed As Director General of WWF International

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), a global conservation organisation, on 6 February announced the appointment of Dr Marco Lambertini as Director General of WWF International. His new role as the DG will start from 1 May 2014. Dr Marco Lambertini holds an experience of 25 years as a global conservation leader.Dr Marco Lambertini began his association with WWF as a youth volunteer growing up in his native Italy.
