China’s Highest Bridge
Aizhai is the World’s Highest Tunnel Bridge and the fourth suspension bridge in China to cross the valley so wide its seems to be connecting two mountain ranges, the first three were the Siduhe, Balinghe and Beipanjiang bridges of the world’s 400 or so highest bridges, non has a main span as long as Aizhai with a Tower to tower distance of 3,858 feet (1,176mtrs) Located deep in the heart of China’s Hunan province near the city of Jishou. The suspension bridge is the largest structure on the Jishou to Chadong expressway with a deck 1, 102 feet above the Dettang Canyon.
8.7 Earthquake Hit Indonesia Aceh Province
An earthquake measuring 8.7 on Richter scale hit Indonesia’s Aceh province on 11 April 2012, which issued tsunami warning over 28 countries mild tremors were felt in all 28 countries. In Indian cities including Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore Andhra Pradesh and several other cities on the Eastern coast.No damage was occurred anywhere due to the earthquake.
