Aamir Khan To Get Award For 'Satyamev Jayate'
Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has been selected for a US award on 20 September for his television show Satyamev Jayate along with eminent American director Kathryn Bigelow and the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict (ICNC).They will be honoured at the inaugural awards dinner by the America Abroad Media (AAM) in Washington DC on October 28.
Freedom Fighter Ranjit Singh Died
Freedom fighter Ranjit Singh, a close associate of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, died on 20 September .He was 97 year old.Ranjit Singh was member in the Indian National Army.He was working president of All India Freedom Fighter Organisation.Post retirement, he started work for the welfare of freedom fighter's families.
