Amaravati, the capital of the truncated Andhra Pradesh, is planned to be developed as a futuristic World-Class City with the expertise from Japan and Singapore, and the cost of building it could be in excess of $ 2 billion says AP finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu.
