Heads of 23 nations and 10 ministerial representatives will participate in New Delhi for first conference of International Solar Alliance. The Summit will be co-hosted by president Ram Nath Kovind and his french counterpart president Emmanuel Macron. The aim of the summit is to deliberate on a finance mechanism for the promotion of solar energy in member countries, crowd-funding and technology transfer.
