Pakistan’s Approves Protection of Pakistan Bill 2014 Pakistan’s National Assembly on 2 July passed the Protection of Pakistan Bill (PPB) 2014. Following the National Assembly’s approval, the PPB will now be applicable for a period of two years.


Japan Eased Sanctions Against North Korea The Japanese government has decided to eased several sanctions against North Korea on 3 July.The decision was taken in response to North Korea reopening the investigation to probe decades-old kidnappings of Japanese nationals.

Bolivia Becomes First Nation To Legalise Child Labour Bolivia has become the first country to legalise child labour after a law was signed by Vice- President Alvaro Garcia Linera on 17 July 2014.The bill was approved by Bolivian Congress in June 2014.
