The Nagaland Government has constituted a six member committee to review The Nagaland Municipal Act 2001. The decision was taken during the state cabinet meeting. The Nagaland Municipal Act Review committee is headed by Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Temjen Toy as the convenor. The five members of the committee are Commissioner of Nagaland Sentiyanger Imchen, Commissioner & Secretary of Municipal Affairs M Patton, Secretary of Justice & Law Khanrinla, Director of Municipal Affairs Toshi Mannen and the Commissioner of Taxes.
