President to be chief guest at Mauritius national day
President Pranab Mukherjee will be the chief guest at the national day celebrations of Mauritius on March 12 .He will visit 3days from March 11 to 13 in Mauritius.In this visit he will sign several bilateral treaties including ones on health and tourism.

Aung Suu Kyi Re-elected As Opposition NLD Leader
On 10 March Myanmar opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been re-elected head of the new executive board of the National League for Democracy at a landmark maiden party congress.Hundreds of delegates from around myanmar unanimously selected the Aung suu kyi as chairwoman of the 120-member central committee of her party.On 1 April 2012, her party, the National League for Democracy, announced that she was elected to the Pyithu Hluttaw, the lower house of the Burmese parliament.
