K.P. Sharma Oli elected as the new Nepal Prime Minister
Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli on 11 October, 2015 has been elected as the mew Prime Minister of Nepal by defeating the former Prime Minister Sushil Koirala. He secured 338 votes against 249 by Koirala. Oli is the 38th Prime Minister of Nepal.
Hamilton wins the Russian Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes won the Russian Formula One Grand Prix on 11 October, 2015. Hamilton completed his race of 53 laps in one hour 37 minutes and 11.024 seconds. The win was the Hamilton’s ninth of the season and the 42nd of his career. Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel is in second place and Mexican Sergio Perez finished third fof Force India.
Indian shuttler Ajay Jayaram won the Dutch Open Title
Indian shuttler Ajay Jayaram won the Dutch Open Men’s singles Title held in Almere , The Netherlands on 11 October. In the finals he defeated the 12th seed and World No.48 Estonia’s Raul Must.
