Matteo Renzi Sworn In As Italy’s new PM
Matteo Renzi was on 22 February sworn in as Italy’s youngest Prime Minister, alongside his new Cabinet of 16 ministers.With an average age under 48, the 16-member cabinet is one of the smallest and youngest in recent Italian history. Half its members are women, the highest proportion ever, underlining the image of a fresh start on which Mr Renzi has built his reputation.
Cricketer Cheteshwar Pujara Named As Brand Ambassador Of Gujarat Election Commission
India’s middle order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara has been appointed as the ‘brand ambassador’ of the Gujarat state Election Commission.Pujara’s name, which has been accepted by the Election Commission of India was sent as a suggestion to it by Rajendra Kumar, the district collector of Rajkot district. His name was suggested as he is popular among the cricket lovers and youth of the sate and he would appeal the people to caste their votes in the general elections.
