PM Narendra Modi Among 30 Most Influential People On Internet

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been named among the 30 most influential people on the internet by Time magazine in a list which also features US President Barack Obama. The list, which analysed social-media followings, site traffic and overall ability to drive news, also includes British author of the Harry Potter series J K Rowling and singers Taylor Swift and Beyonce. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has around 38 million followers on social networking sites Twitter and Facebook.


Former Bihar Chief Minister Ramsundar Das Died

Former Bihar Chief Minister and senior JD(U) leader Ramsundar Das was died on 6 March in Patna. He was 95. Ramsundar Das was a leader of the Janata Dal (United) political party and had led the JDU government as the Chief Minister of Bihar from 21 April 1979 to 17 February 1980. He was also a member of the Lok Sabha from Hajipur twice in 1991 and in 2009.


Vienna Named The World’s Most Livable City

According to the Mercer’s Quality of Living Report 2015 , Vienna, Austria’s elegant capital on the Danube river, has been named as the city with the best quality of living in the world. Singapore is the highest-ranking Asian city, while Dubai ranks first across Middle East and Africa. In South Asia, Colombo (132), ranks highest and is followed by emerging Indian cities Hyderabad (138) and Pune (145).
