FIFA World Cup 2018 begins in Russia 21st Edition of FIFA World Cup 2018 started on June 14, 2018 in Russia and the final will take place at the 81,000-capacity Luzhniki Stadium on July 15, 2018. The 32-day tournament will feature 32 teams and 64 games. World Cup 2018 will be played out in 12 stadiums across 11 cities in Russia. This is the first time Russia is hosting the event.

India ranks 177 in Environmental Performance Index 2018 India has been ranked at 177 out of 180 countries in the 2018 Environmental Performance Index (EPI). India has become the fourth worst country in the world with an air quality score of 5.75 out of 100. India was placed at 141 out of 180 in 2016. The top five countries in terms of green rankings are Switzerland, France, Denmark, Malta and Sweden.


French Open 2018 The 2018 French Open (also known as Roland Garros) was a Grand Slam tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 122nd edition of the French Open and the second Grand Slam event of 2018. Rafael Nadal was the defending champion in the Men’s Singles and won his 11th French Open title. Simona Halep won her first Grand Slam title in the Women’s Singles.
